What Has Conan The Barbarian Got To Do With STGCC??

Is Jason Momoa visiting Red Dot Island?
Unfortunately, Red Dot Diva sighs... The answer is a 6'4" of No. :(

Are Cimmerian Barbarians going to invade the convention this weekend?
Red Dot Diva hopes not. Unless they are Momoan-nom-worthy.

However, the remake of "Conan The Barbarian" the movie will indeed be premiering at the local theatres this Thursday, 19th August.

From several accounts and early reviews, the movie isn't pleasing many critics and viewers. Yet, perhaps ardent fans of Jason Momoa, not past reeling from how majestic he looked as grunty Dothraki chief Khal Drogo in HBO series "Game Of Thrones", may still want to pay the price of the movie ticket to watch him in action mostly bare-chested.

So then, what the pecs has "Conan The Barbarian" got to do with STGCC??

-- tribal drumroll please! --

Only 100 pieces of Limited Edition Art Prints of "Conan The Barbarian" by local artist Kelvin Chan of Rocketraygun will be launched exclusively at STGCC this weekend.

This exclusive item is a special tie in between Rocketraygun and MVP Entertainment!

The first 50 prints will come with one Free Movie Ticket to "Conan The Barbarian" and each print will be signed and numbered by the artist.

Now, one can own their personal mini muscley Cimmerian (and/ or other featured barbarians)! Nifty, huh?

To grab those art prints before they run out, go visit Kelvin/ Rocketraygun at Booth #48 during STGCC! Red Dot Diva can attest that Kelvin draws a wide range of pop-culture/ comics subjects that are worth admiring too.

Find out more about Kelvin from an early blog article right here!

And if one needs help to build up a sword-slashingly barbaric urge to nab those art prints, here's the "Conan The Barbarian" trailer:

Got that warrior art print mojo yet?
